Ingredients
4 servings- Red paprika1
- Yellow paprika1
- Green paprika or bell pepper1-2
- ★Sake1 tbsp
- ★Mirin1 tbsp
- ★Sugar1 tbsp
- ★Salt1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil (for finishing)to taste

Julienne 1 red paprika, 1 yellow paprika, and 1-2 green papricas or bell peppers into thin strips.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the papricas until slightly softened, then remove from heat.

Add all the ★ seasonings (1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt) and mix quickly.

Return to low heat and cook slowly until the liquid has evaporated, then add sesame oil to taste for flavor.
