Delicious Minced Meat Dice Steak

  • Ground beef and pork mix300g
  • Potato starch2 tbsp
  • ★Herb salt (Crazy Salt)to taste
  • ★Garlic powdera pinch
  • ★Coarsely ground black peppera pinch
  • ★Beef fat or vegetable oilto taste

    Remove the wrap from the 300g package of ground beef and pork mix. Add 2 tbsp potato starch to the package and mix gently.

    Cover the package loosely with wrap and press firmly over the wrap to compact the meat.

    Flip the package and transfer the meat onto the wrap. Cut into dice-sized pieces and shape neatly.

    Sprinkle the ★ seasonings (herb salt, garlic powder, and coarsely ground black pepper) on both sides of each dice steak piece.

    Heat beef fat or vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the meat until both sides are golden brown. Serve with your preferred sauce.

Tips

Stirring the potato starch with a spoon keeps your hands clean and preserves the meat's texture. Using more herb salt enhances the flavor nicely.
