  • ★Ginger, grated (or ginger paste tube)1 tsp

    Cut 2-3 eggplants in half and cut 100g of pork into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the eggplant and pork together until cooked through.

Tips
