

This is Tamori's famous Shogayaki recipe! The trick is coating the pork in flour before cooking so the sauce sticks really well — it looks so yummy♪
Ingredients
2 servings- Pork belly slices200g

- ★Grated ginger1 large piece
- ★Sake3 tbsp
- ★Soy sauce3 tbsp

Slice 1 onion and microwave for about 1 minute until softened.

Coat the 200g pork belly slices thoroughly with 2 tbsp wheat flour.

Heat a frying pan and cook the pork without adding oil.

Once the pork is cooked through, add the microwaved onion and cook together.

Add 3 tbsp sake, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp mirin, and 1 large piece grated ginger. Stir-fry everything together until well coated.
