Ingredients
2 servings- Tofu1 block
- Onion1/2-1
- Egg1
- Panko breadcrumbs1 cup
- Vegetables (edamame, carrot, spinach, hijiki seaweed, etc.)as desired
- ★Miso1/2 tbsp
- ★Mayonnaise1/2 tbsp
- ★Salt and peppera pinch
Directions

Finely chop 1/2-1 onion and sauté in a pan with oil.

Wrap 1 block of tofu in paper towels and microwave for about 3 minutes to drain excess water.

Transfer the cooled tofu and onion to a bowl, add 1 egg, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, and the ★ seasonings, and mix well.

Add your desired vegetables at this stage and mix gently until everything is evenly combined.

If the mixture is too loose, add a bit more panko breadcrumbs to adjust, then shape into patties.

Heat oil in a pan and arrange the hamburger patties. Cook over low heat until both sides are golden brown.

If you're concerned about cooking through, cover with a lid and steam-cook for a softer texture.

Tips
