Directions
70 min- 1
Chop 50g of dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a small saucepan with 150ml of heavy cream. Heat over low heat. Cover and let sit for about 5 minutes, then stir well with a wooden spatula to create a smooth chocolate cream.
- 2
Bring 250g of cream cheese to room temperature and place in a bowl. Mix well, then add 50g of sugar and continue mixing.
- 3
Beat 2 large eggs and add them one at a time while mixing well. Add the chocolate cream from step 1, then add 2 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, mixing until smooth.
- 4
Line a mold with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 35-40 minutes. Once baked, remove from the mold and let cool completely.
- 5
Chop 50g of white chocolate and place in a small saucepan with 2 tbsp of heavy cream and 1-2 tbsp of milk. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
- 6
Chop 1/2 to 1 pack of strawberries and fold half of them into the white chocolate cream, mixing well.
- 7
Spread the white chocolate cream over the cooled cheesecake and top with the remaining strawberries. Dust with powdered sugar to taste and decorate with blueberries as desired.
- 8
The cheesecake will be soft immediately after baking, so allow it to cool completely before slicing.
Tips
When adding cream cheese or chocolate, mix well each time to achieve a smooth finish. Adjust the amount of milk in the white chocolate cream to your preferred consistency. It's best to apply the decoration after the cream has cooled, which makes it easier for the toppings to stay on the cheesecake.
