2 servings- Chinese cabbage150g
- Corn60g
- Butter10g
- ★Water200ml
- ★Milk200ml
- ★Consommé bouillon cube1

- ★Salt and black peppera pinch

Cut 150g of Chinese cabbage into thin strips about 1.5cm wide, and drain the moisture from 60g of corn thoroughly.

Add 10g of butter to a pot and melt over medium heat, then add the cabbage and corn and sauté.

Once the cabbage becomes tender, add all the ★ seasonings and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, serve into bowls, and top with a pinch of black pepper as desired to finish.
