- Brandy2 tsp
- Vegetable whipping cream (or dairy whipping cream)125ml

Heat 50g of cream cheese in a microwave for a short time to soften it, then remove. Be careful not to overheat.

Add 20g sugar and 2 tsp brandy, then mix well with a whisk until smooth.

Add 125ml of vegetable whipping cream little by little while mixing. Mix until the entire cream is smooth and creamy.
Tips
Cream cheese should be slightly softened for best results. Chilling the whipping cream beforehand makes it easier to mix.
