Creamy Bacon Risotto

    Cut 4-5 slices of bacon into thin strips and lightly stir-fry in a skillet.

    Add 300 ml of water and 1 tsp of ★chicken bouillon powder, then bring to a boil.

    Add about 2 bowls of cooked rice and stir constantly over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the liquid reduces and the mixture thickens. Be careful not to burn it.

    Once the mixture becomes thick and creamy, remove from heat. Add 3 slices of ★melting cheese or sliced cheese, gently mix, and serve.

Tips
