Ingredients
1 servings- Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen noodles1 bag
- Ground pork50g
- Bean sprouts (moyashi)50g
- Green onion (sliced)to taste
- ★Doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)1 tsp
- ★Chili oil (rayu)to taste

Open 1 bag of Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen noodles and place them in a microwave-safe container with a diameter of about 22cm. Add 450ml of water.

Arrange 50g of ground pork around the noodles and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes.

Remove from the microwave and break apart the noodles while arranging 50g of bean sprouts on top. Cover again with plastic wrap and heat for 2 more minutes.

Add 1 tsp of doubanjiang and the included powdered soup base. Mix everything together well.

Sprinkle a pinch of shichimi (seven-spice) and scatter green onion (sliced) to taste. Drizzle with chili oil as desired.
