Potatoes with Mentaiko and Mayo

    Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into 2cm cubes. Boil from cold water until tender.

    Drain the cooked potatoes in a colander and pat dry. Transfer to a bowl, add the mentaiko, and mix until well coated.

Tips
