Madeleine Made with Pancake Mix

These madeleines are made with pancake mix and are so fluffy and buttery! Super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

    Heat 100 g of butter in the microwave and melt it completely.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    In a bowl, combine the melted butter, 100 g pancake mix, 80 g sugar, and 2 eggs, and mix well with a spatula.

    Pour the batter into aluminum madeleine molds until 6-7 full, and bake in the preheated 180°C oven for 15-25 minutes.

    Once golden brown and the surface is set, the madeleines are ready!

Tips

When pouring batter into the molds, following the fill line will give you nicely baked madeleines. You can also use vegetable oil instead of butter.
