Aromatic Vegetable and Ginger Warm Udon-Style Soup

Ingredients

  • Ginger15-20g
  • Water1200cc
  • Bouillon cubes3
  • ★Soy sauce1-2 tsp
  • ★Salad oila pinch
  • ★Parsley (optional)a pinch

    Cut the onion in half and slice thinly. Julienne the ginger.

    Heat a pinch of salad oil in a pot and add the onions and ginger. Sauté over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent and lightly colored. Add 1200cc water and 3 bouillon cubes, then increase heat to high.

    Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes while skimming off any impurities. Add the ★ seasonings to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Tips

You can add tomatoes, carrots, or other vegetables of your choice for a richer flavor.
