Ingredients
1 servings- Egg (M or L size)1
- Tofu200 g (1/2 block)
- Natto (fermented soybeans)1 package (45 g)
- Cheese10 g or to taste
- ★Soy sauce1 tsp
- ★Mayonnaise1-2 tsp (optional)
Directions

Add 1 tsp of ★soy sauce to 1 egg and mix well.

Add 200 g of tofu and mix gently, leaving some large chunks.

Add the included sauce to 1 package of natto and mix well.

Pour the egg and tofu mixture from step 2 into an oven-safe dish, then top with the natto mixture from step 3.

Sprinkle 10 g or more of cheese on top and spread evenly.

Bake in a toaster oven or 180°C oven for 10-15 minutes until the egg is fully set and the cheese is lightly browned.

Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with 1-2 tsp of ★mayonnaise if desired.
Tips
Silken tofu is recommended for a smoother texture, but firm tofu works too. If using a small egg, adjust tofu to about 150 g for better balance.
