Ingredients
4 servings- Bread crustsFrom 6 slices of sandwich bread

Cut the bread crusts from 6 slices of sandwich bread into 1cm cubes.

Add 2 tbsp of margarine to a non-stick frying pan. Once it starts to melt slightly, add the bread cubes and stir-fry. Heat while occasionally stirring with chopsticks until the crusts become golden and crispy.

Once the bread crusts are crispy, sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar over the top and mix well. Continue cooking until the sugar begins to dissolve.

Once the sugar starts to harden, turn off the heat and spread the rusks on a plate to cool.
