4 servings- Lightly salted salmon4 pieces
- Shimeji mushrooms1 pack

Cook the 4 pieces of lightly salted salmon in a frying pan or fish grill until done.

In a bowl, mix together 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp miso, 5 tbsp finely chopped green onion, and 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms until well combined.
