Easy Juicy & Tender Chicken Breast Recipe

Just 6 minutes in the microwave and you've got a juicy chicken steak! It's so moist and tender — perfect for slicing up and using in sandwiches too♪

    Place 1 chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate and spread the ★ seasonings evenly over the entire surface.

    Feel free to add black pepper or grated garlic if you like.

    Cover the plate tightly with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.

    After heating, the plastic wrap will have puffed or burst, and the surface of the chicken will have a lightly browned appearance.

    If you have time, let it rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to settle.

    Slicing the chicken thinly makes it easier to eat and also makes for a more attractive presentation.

Tips

Chicken breasts vary in size, and cooking time can also differ depending on the temperature of the meat. 6 minutes should be sufficient in most cases, but if the chicken isn't fully cooked, add extra time in 30-second increments and check as you go. Once you've made it a few times, you'll get a feel for the perfect timing.
