Set 250g bread flour, 4g instant yeast, 10g sugar, and 150 ml water in your bread maker and proceed to the first rising.

Once the dough has risen, gently deflate the air by hand and divide into 6 equal pieces, then shape into balls. Let rest for 15 minutes (bench time), then stretch thin and shape into a teardrop form.
