

This milk flan is made with banana and milk — all in the microwave! It's gently sweet and so easy to make, perfect for cooking together with kids♪
Ingredients
2 servings- Banana1
- Egg1
- "Meiji Oishii Milk" (whole milk)150cc
- ★Sugar1 1/2 tbsp
- ★All-purpose flour1 1/2 tbsp
- ★Powdered sugaroptional

Crack 1 egg into a bowl, then add 1 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp flour. Mix well until combined.

Gradually pour in 150cc of milk, mixing as you go, until the batter is smooth.

Slice 1 banana into 1cm-thick rounds and arrange them in a shallow dish. Pour the milk mixture over the top.

Microwave at 500–600W until the surface puffs up lightly, about 4 minutes. Rotating the dish halfway through will help it heat evenly.

Finish by dusting with powdered sugar if desired, and serve.
Tips
Since the batter contains flour, make sure it's heated all the way through for the best texture. When the surface puffs up lightly, that's your sign it's done!
