Ingredients
1 servings- Cooked rice (oval-shaped rice balls)to taste
- Filling of your choice (salmon used here)to taste

Make 2 oval-shaped rice balls (onigiri) in a size suitable for a bento box, filling each with your choice of ingredients (salmon in this case) and shape them carefully.

Cut out panda parts from nori (seaweed) - ears, eyes, nose, belly band, and hands - then attach them to the rice balls. Using a hole punch makes this step quicker.

Dip a toothpick in a small amount of ketchup and draw two round rosy cheeks on each rice ball. Your panda bento is complete!
Tips
If you want to use seasoned rice but don't want to lose the white panda face, try wrapping smaller seasoned rice balls with plain white rice.
