Rich Chocolate Brownie with Melting Center

These fudgy chocolate brownies are super easy to make - just mix and bake! Perfect for a Valentine's Day gift or any special occasion! ♪

    Place 4 chocolate bars and 100g butter in a heat-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds to melt the chocolate. Alternatively, you can use a double boiler method.

    Once the chocolate and butter are melted, add 2 eggs and 40g sugar, then whisk well together until combined.

    Sift in 70g cake flour and fold gently with a spatula until just combined. Add your choice of toppings such as nuts at this stage.

    Grease a baking pan with oil, spread the batter evenly, and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes.

    Let the brownie cool, remove from the pan, chill completely, then cut into your desired size and serve.

Tips

Be careful not to overmix after adding the flour, as this can make the batter tough - fold gently instead. Adjust the baking time according to the type of chocolate and your oven's performance for best results.
