Break 4 eggs into a bowl and beat well.

Shred 120g of imitation crab stick and add it to the egg mixture. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly. Reserve some crab stick for garnish.

Heat oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg and crab mixture.

Using cooking chopsticks, shape the egg mixture into a circle while quickly stirring to cook evenly.
