Silky Smooth Milk Pudding

This jiggly milk pudding is made with just 3 ingredients! The creamy, smooth texture is absolutely irresistible♪

  • Powdered gelatin5 g

    Pour 250 cc of milk and 3-3.5 tbsp of sugar into a pot. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Be careful not to let it boil.

    Add 50 cc of lukewarm water (not included in the amount above) to 5 g of powdered gelatin and mix well until completely dissolved.

    Add the gelatin liquid to the warm milk and mix thoroughly. Then pour in the remaining 150 cc of cold milk. Adding the cold milk will rapidly cool down the pudding mixture.

    Transfer the pudding mixture to serving containers. Once it cools to room temperature, refrigerate until fully set. If there are any bubbles on the surface, remove them with a spoon for a cleaner finish.

Tips

Make sure to dissolve the gelatin thoroughly beforehand for a smooth, creamy texture. When mixing the pudding liquid, stir gently and carefully to ensure everything is well combined.
