Curry Doria - Creamy Baked Curry Rice

Make a delicious curry doria with leftover curry! The creamy white sauce and melted cheese are absolutely amazing! ♪

  • Leftover curry2-3 ladles
  • Cooked rice1 serving
  • Melting cheeseto taste
  • ★Butter10 g
  • ★All-purpose flour1 tbsp
  • ★Milk100 ml
  • ★Instant bouillon1/2 tsp
  • ★Salta pinch
  • ★Black peppera pinch

    Melt 10 g of butter in a frying pan and add 1 serving of cooked rice. Mix well together.

    Add 1 tbsp of flour and mix it in evenly. Gradually add 100 ml of milk in two portions while stirring.

    Add 1/2 tsp instant bouillon, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix everything together well and transfer to a gratin dish.

    Add 2-3 ladles of warmed curry to the gratin dish and sprinkle melting cheese on top.

    Bake in a 240°C oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the surface turns golden brown.

Tips

Coating the rice thoroughly with the white sauce enhances the curry flavor beautifully. You can also vary the type of cheese for different flavor profiles.
