Ingredients
2 servings- Dried tofu puffs (Koya dofu)2 pieces
- Egg1
- Potato starch4 tbsp
- ★Minced garlic2 tsp
- ★Minced ginger2 tsp
- ★Sake4 tsp
- ★Soy sauce4 tsp
- ★Chicken stock powder1/2 tsp

Rehydrate 2 pieces of dried tofu puffs in hot water, squeeze out excess moisture thoroughly, and tear each piece into 6-7 pieces by hand.

Mix all the ★ seasonings together and marinate the tofu puffs for about 10 minutes.

Add 1 egg and mix well, then add 4 tbsp potato starch and coat everything evenly.

Deep-fry in 170℃ oil for 5-7 minutes until the surface turns golden brown, and serve.
