

This easy keema curry is made with store-bought curry roux! Packed with lots of veggies and so colorful - it's absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
4 servings- Ground meat400g
- Onion2 medium
- Carrot1 medium
- Bell pepper1
- King oyster mushroom (or other mushrooms)2 medium
- Garlic1 clove
- Ginger1 clove
- ★Ketchup2 tbsp
- ★Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- ★Water150ml+
- ★Curry roux1/2 box

Mince all vegetables: 2 medium onions, 1 medium carrot, 1 bell pepper, 2 medium king oyster mushrooms, 1 garlic clove, and 1 ginger clove.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add the minced ginger and garlic to release their aroma.

Add the onion and sauté until softened, then add the remaining vegetables and lightly sauté.

Add 400g of ground meat and stir-fry until cooked through.

Remove from heat and add the ★ seasonings (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water, and curry roux), mixing well.

Return to heat and cook until everything is well combined and heated through.

Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.

Adjust the consistency by adding more water as desired based on your preferred thickness.
Tips
Since this has less liquid, there's no need to simmer it down - it comes together quickly! For a spicier version, add garam masala. For added depth, a small amount of instant coffee is recommended. With its vibrant appearance, it's perfect for entertaining guests.
