Ingredients
2 servings- Chicken breast300g (about 1 breast)
- Potato starch3 tbsp
- Salad oil (for frying)About 5mm deep in the pan
- White leekAbout 5cm
- White sesame seeds1/2 tbsp

- ★Mayonnaise1/2 tbsp
- ★Soy sauce1 1/2 tbsp

- ★Vinegar1/2 tbsp

Position the frying pan so the handle doesn't extend beyond the cooktop edge for safe cooking.

Cut the 300g chicken breast into bite-sized pieces about 1cm thick using an even cutting technique.

Place the chicken breast in a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp sake, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, then massage well with your hands and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Add 3 tbsp potato starch to the massaged chicken breast, mix well with chopsticks, and let sit for 1 minute.

Pour 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, and 1/4 tbsp water into a heat-resistant container, and microwave at 600W for about 50 seconds.

Add minced white leek (about 5cm) and 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds to the heated sauce, then mix well.

Pour salad oil about 5mm deep into the frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Spread the chicken breast pieces one by one and place them in the oil so they are submerged.

When the chicken breast pieces start turning white, flip them with chopsticks and continue frying.

Flip about 2 more times, and when the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the oil.

Tips
