Authentic Meat Sauce Spaghetti

  • ★Bay leaf1
  • ★Nutmega pinch
  • ★Black peppera pinch
  • ★Parmesan cheese2 tbsp
  • ★Heavy cream (or milk)2 tbsp

    Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 clove minced garlic, 1 chopped onion, and 1/2 chopped carrot, and sauté.

    Add 300g ground beef and sauté together. Sprinkle 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour and mix well.

    Pour in 100 ml red wine and sauté until the liquid has evaporated.

    Add all the ★ seasonings and simmer over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.

    Finish by adding 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp heavy cream (or milk), and 10g butter. Mix well and simmer slightly to reduce.

    Cook spaghetti pasta to taste, pour the sauce over it, and toss everything together. Serve immediately.
