Rinse the rice and drain in a colander. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half. Season the fresh salmon fillets with 1/4-1/3 tsp salt for flavoring.

Add the 3 cups of rice to the rice cooker, then add the ★ seasonings (2.5 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce). Pour ★water (or dashi broth) to taste according to the rice amount.

Top with the enoki mushrooms and salmon fillets, then turn on the rice cooker.

Once cooked, let it steam for about 5 minutes, then flake the salmon and mix well throughout.
