- ★Dashi stock (water + 1 tsp dashi powder)150ml

Thinly slice 1/2 onion into quarter-moon pieces and add to a pot with the ★ ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Once the onion softens, add 200-250g pork and simmer over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Check the consistency of the sauce. If it tastes too light, add 1 tbsp soy sauce; if too strong, add water a little at a time to adjust.
