1 servings- Yotsuba Hokkaido Tokachi Fresh Milk 100% Plain Yogurt (smooth and creamy)1/2 pack
- Ladyfinger biscuits3 pieces (10×2cm stick-shaped)
- ★Sugar1 tbsp
- ★Strong brewed coffee1 tsp
- ★Cocoa powderto taste

Place a colander over a bowl lined with paper towels. Pour 1/2 pack of Yotsuba Hokkaido Tokachi Fresh Milk 100% Plain Yogurt into the colander and refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight to drain.

Arrange 3 ladyfinger biscuits on a plate and brush with 1 tsp of strong brewed coffee, allowing the biscuits to absorb it fully.

In a bowl, combine the strained yogurt and 1 tbsp sugar, and whisk well together.

Tips
