Ingredients
2 servings- All-purpose flour130g
- Onionhalf (150g)
- Kimchi200g
- ★Salta pinch
- ★Water150ml
- ★Sesame oil4 tbsp

In a bowl, combine 130g all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and 150ml water. Mix well until there are no lumps.

Add 150g thinly sliced onion and 200g kimchi to the batter and mix together.

Heat a griddle or frying pan to 250℃. Spread 4 tbsp sesame oil over the surface and thinly spread the batter on it. Cook both sides over medium heat until crispy.

Transfer to a cutting board and cut into pieces using a pizza cutter or kitchen scissors. Serve.
Tips
Spread the batter thin for a crispier texture. Use plenty of sesame oil to enhance the aroma. If you prefer less sesame oil, you can replace half of it with vegetable oil without compromising the fragrant, toasted flavor.
