Add 200g bread flour, 4g dry yeast, 100ml warm water, 3g salt, 20g sugar, 20g unsalted butter, and 20g beaten egg to a bowl. Knead everything together by hand until well combined.

Gently press the risen dough to release gas, then divide it into 8 equal pieces. Round each piece and cover with a damp cloth, then rest for 10 minutes.
