Chilled Ramen with Colorful Chicken Topping

Transform Sapporo Ichiban salt ramen into a refreshing chilled noodle dish! Top it with salad chicken for extra protein—perfect for hot summer days!

  • Salad Chicken1/4–1/2 package
  • Cut Lettuce1/4–1/2 package
  • Lemon Slice1 slice
  • ★Soup Powderas directed on package
  • ★Sesame Seeds (chopped)to taste
  • ★Cold Water200 ml

    Prepare 1 bag of Sapporo Ichiban Salt Ramen and bring water to a boil in a pot.

    Tear the cut lettuce (1/4–1/2 package) into bite-sized pieces. Shred the salad chicken (1/4–1/2 package) into bite-sized pieces.

    Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, stirring to separate. Drain in a colander and rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Squeeze out excess water.

    Place the noodles in a bowl and top with lettuce, salad chicken, and 1 lemon slice. Sprinkle with the ★sesame seeds to taste.

    Dissolve the ★soup powder in 200 ml of ★cold water and pour over the noodles. Top with ice cubes if desired for extra coldness.

Tips

The key is to cook the noodles for exactly 4 minutes, then chill thoroughly under cold running water and drain well before serving. Adding ice cubes to the soup makes it even more refreshing.
