2 servings- Instant coffee2 tbsp
- Gelatin powder5 g (2 tsp)
- Water300 ml
- Sugar3 tbsp

Add 300 ml of water to a pot and heat until just before boiling, then turn off the heat. Add 2 tbsp instant coffee and 3 tbsp sugar, and mix well.
