Simple Coffee Jelly with Aromatic Flavor

  • Instant coffee2 tbsp
  • Gelatin powder5 g (2 tsp)
  • Water300 ml
  • Sugar3 tbsp

    Add 300 ml of water to a pot and heat until just before boiling, then turn off the heat. Add 2 tbsp instant coffee and 3 tbsp sugar, and mix well.

    Add 5 g of gelatin powder (2 tsp) and mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.

    Transfer to a mold, glass, or dish, let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.

Tips

Be careful not to boil the water too vigorously to ensure the gelatin dissolves properly.
