NAGANO Kurume's tomato salad is absolutely delicious! The aroma of sesame oil and garlic is irresistible, and it's so simple yet amazingly tasty!

  • ★Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Minced garlica pinch
  • Ground sesame1 tsp

    Cut 2 tomatoes into wedges and chill in the refrigerator.

    In a bowl, combine the ★ seasonings and mix well to make the dressing.

    Add a pinch of minced garlic and mix until combined.

    Add the chilled tomatoes to the bowl with the dressing and gently toss.

    Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle 1 tsp of ground sesame on top to finish.

Tips

Blanch the tomato skin briefly to soften it. This helps the dressing blend better and brings out the flavors more.
